Multi-Tier Mezzanine Floor is a semi-permanent structural system designed to create multiple elevated floor levels within an existing warehouse or building. It effectively doubles or triples the usable floor space by utilizing the empty vertical volume (the “cube”) of the facility.
Multi-Tier Mezzanine
- The racking system functions as the main building structure.
- Load Capacity: 300kg~600kg/level for the shelf;
- 300kg~500kg/square meter for the flooring.
- Height : Recommended flooring height H2500/5000/7500mm.
- 1 or 2 levels of floors is popular, maxim 5 levels of floors.
- Configuration, load capacity, and number of levels are fully customizable to meet customer needs.
- Suitable for: Small items, cartons, and lightweight goods
- Popular in any manual working warehouses.

Considerations
- Safety Regulations: Requires strict adherence to fire safety codes (sprinklers, fire exits) and building permits.
- Aisle width directly impacts the operation of material handling equipment.
How It Works
- Vertical Expansion: Transforms unused overhead space into productive areas for storage, offices, or work zones.
- Modular Design: Most systems are nut-and-bolt constructions, meaning they can be expanded, modified, or even relocated if your business moves.
Ideal For
- E-commerce & Retail: Creating dense “pick modules” for manual picking of small items (Carton Flow).
